A swearing in ceremony was held at the Richmond County Judicial Center for William Shelley, who will be an associate attorney at Arnold & Smith, PLLC in Charlotte. He recently passed the Bar Exam at the University of South Carolina School of Law. “I’m pretty excited,” William said. His parents, Virginia and Mark both grew up in Hamlet. Mark was a classmate of Futrell’s at Richmond Senior High School.
