At 6:11 p.m., Deputy Dalton B. Radford responded to Long Drive in Rockingham following a report of an individual fleeing to elude arrest with a motor vehicle and possessing a Schedule IV controlled substance. The individual, identified as Luis Angel Silva, 22, was arrested. The case is listed as closed.

At 9:11 p.m., Deputy Jeffrey D. Millen responded to the Sycamore Lodge Resort campground following a report of an attempted felony larceny involving a golf cart valued at $3,000. The case was closed by means other than arrest.

At 9:54 a.m., Deputy Cody A. Tyler responded to Chalk Road in Rockingham following a report of a breaking and entering. The individual, identified as David Lee Duncan, 39, was arrested. The case is listed as closed.
