At 12:35 p.m., Deputy Cody A. Tyler responded to Food King on Main Street in Ellerbe after a report of misdemeanor larceny and second-degree trespassing. An individual allegedly took Dawn Ultra dish soap, Gain dish soap and Dove deodorant, valued at $9.77. The suspect, identified as Dale Demone Lundie, 38, was arrested. The case was closed by arrest.

At 3:44 p.m., Deputy Jeffrey D. Millen responded to the Liberty Store on Airport Road after a report of second-degree trespassing. The suspect, identified as Leon Jefferson Graham, 48, was arrested. The case was closed by arrest.

Feb. 20

At 7:48 p.m., Officer Tyler D. Nifong responded to Food King on Main Street in Ellerbe after a report of attempted shoplifting. The suspect allegedly attempted to take milk, Johnson & Johnson baby powder and Johnson’s body wash. The case was closed by means other than arrest.

At 10:50 p.m., Deputy Karl-Heinz Dietrich responded to Daymark Recovery Services in Rockingham on U.S. 1 after a report of a subject in possession of a felony amount of marijuana. Jesse Lee Ingram Jr., 59, was arrested. The case was closed by arrest.
