The Dobbins Heights Town Council will hold its annual retreat from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday at the Richmond County Airport, 656 Airport Road outside Rockingham, Town Clerk Mary Magee said Tuesday.
The planning session is open to the general public and Dobbins Heights residents are encouraged to attend.
