ROCKINGHAM — The Richmond County Sheriff’s Office has charged a man with five felony counts of sex with a child.
Joshua David Butler was charged with the sex crimes on Wednesday, Nov. 22.
Butler was processed into the Richmond County Jail under a $2,000,000 secure bond. He is scheduled to appear in court on Nov. 30.
