ROCKINGHAM — Saturday morning at 3:00 am, deputies were dispatched to a location on Nannie Ln. in Rockingham in reference to a person that had been shot.
When deputies arrived on scene, they learned of a second victim. Both victims were treated and transported by EMS.
Both victims later succumbed to their injuries at the hospital.
Investigators and deputies are actively working to follow all leads and ask for anyone with information to call 911 and request to speak with an investigator or call Richmond County Crime Stoppers at 910-997-5454.
