At the end of August, retired Delta Airlines pilot David Lamb purchased a 1935 Cabin Waco airplane from the Roanoke Regional Airport in Virginia that he wanted to restore back into flying shape. On Tuesday, it arrived at his home and hangar workshop at the Derby Aerodrome in Derby so he could begin to work on it.
