ROCKINGHAM – At 8:16 p.m., police responded to Belk on East Broad Avenue following a report of a suspect stealing the victim’s credit/debit card. The case is still active.

ROCKINGHAM – At 4:40 p.m., police responded to Speedway Gas Station on East Broad Avenue following a report of a suspect stealing $28.55 of gas. The case is inactive.

ROCKINGHAM – At 7:04 p.m., police responded to a residence on Rockingham Road following a report of a suspect stealing a lawn tractor, valued at $1,000. The case is still active.

ROCKINGHAM – At 8:19 p.m., police responded to Walmart on East Broad Avenue following a report of two suspects stealing assorted clothes and flashlights from the store, valued at a total of $129.07. The two female suspects were issued a citation.

ROCKINGHAM – At 8:26 a.m., police responded to the Budget Inn on South Hancock Street following a report of a suspect punching the victim with a closed fist and stealing a silver 2019 Nissan Sentra, valued at $25,000, a Hi-Point .380 firearm, valued at $179.98, and miscellaneous debit cards and ATM cards. The case is inactive.

ROCKINGHAM – At 8:55 a.m., police responded to a storage area on Armstead Street following a report of a suspect breaking into a locked fence and stealing $100 of electricity and miscellaneous tools, valued at $100. The case is still active.

ROCKINGHAM – At 11:55 a.m., police responded to the Richmond Observer on South Lawrence Street following a report of a suspect cashing $800 in checks for advertising, committing larceny by employee and obtaining property under false pretenses. The case is still active.

ROCKINGHAM – At 1:02 p.m., police responded to a residence on South Caroline Street following a report of a suspect running over a brick support beam for a carport, causing $800 of damage. The case is inactive.

ROCKINGHAM – At 7:22 a.m. police responded to a P3 Electric on East Broad Avenue following a report of a suspect attempting to break into a trailer and causing $500 of damage to the outer trim and door casing on the side of the trailer. The case is still active.

ROCKINGHAM – At 9:02 a.m., police responded to Monarch Psychosocial Rehabilitation following a report of a suspect causing $200 of damage to a picnic table. The case is inactive.
