Janet Butler of Hoffman received a Diploma in Criminal Justice graduating with honors from Richmond Community College on May 12, 2012. Janet is the daughter of Annie Locklear of Rockingham and the granddaughter of Lillie Brayboy also of Rockingham. Janet is employed with the NC Department of Corrections at Hoffman as a correctional case manager.
