If your small business is going stale or you need to re-energize your customer base, then the “Revitalize Your Business” seminar may give you the solutions to your problems.

The Small Business Center of Richmond Community College will hold the seminar March 19 from 9 a.m. until noon in the Cole Auditorium, on the Hamlet campus.

This seminar will teach business strategies on finding new profit centers, re-energizing the customer base and improving return on marketing and advertising investments with tips from the speaker, Steve Carver.

“In this seminar, we will be discussing techniques that owners and managers can use to revitalize their businesses,” Carver said. “This will help them recognize many areas a business can become more attractive to established and new customers. It will help them encourage employees to become engaged with the vision and mission goals of the entrepreneurial business owners.

Carver, a public speaker with more than 40 years of business ownership experience, is the creator and presenter of 360 management and business presentations.

He serves many private enterprises with special training, appraising and market surveying projects as well as speaking on business related topics for Small Business Centers throughout the North Carolina Community College System.
