The Richmond County Sheriff’s Office arrested Inman Thomas Coleman, 53, of Hwy 192 N. Twin City, Ga., on three misdemeanor charges of worthless checks and two felony charges of worthless checks, on Dec. 14, 2012, the arrest report said. The report said that Coleman was arrested in Georgia and transported to Richmond County Jail by Richmond County deputies. Coleman was held under $10,000 secure bond.

Lawrence Henry Dawson, 53, of York Road, Fayetteville, was arrested on two counts breaking and entering, one count larceny after breaking and entering, and one count felony larceny on Dec. 18, 2012, the arrest report said. Dawson allegedly broke into storage buildings and chicken houses on Sandhills Game Management Road and Clayton Carriker Road in Ellerbe, and removed hand tools, lawmen said. Dawson was placed in Richmond County Jail and held under $25,000 secure bond.

Tina La’rae Harrington, 40, of Cauthen Drive, Rockingham, was arrested for selling prescription pills, according to the Sheriff’s Office. Harrington was arrested on Dec. 15, 2012, and released on a written promise to appear, the report said.

William Todd Wallace Sr., 47, of Homeplace Road, Rockingham, was arrested on Dec. 10, 2012, for having possession of and pawning a stolen welder the, arrest report said. Wallace was also arrested for larceny of pine straw and trespassing on posted property, lawmen said. Wallace was placed in Richmond County Jail, and a $5,000 secure bond was set.

Woodrow Hawkins III, 37, of Hawkins Lane, Rockingham, was arrested on Dec. 20, 2012, on three counts of sell/deliver cocaine, three counts of trafficking cocaine, and three counts of PWISD, the arrest report said. Hawkins was placed in Richmond County Jail and held under a $100,000 secure bond, lawmen said.

Arrest reports published in the Richmond County Daily Journal are copied from local law enforcement records. Reports include both arrests and criminal summons such as citations. The Daily Journal lists them all as arrests. People charged are presumed innocent until determined to be guilty by a court of law.
