RALEIGH, N.C. (AP) — Investigators are trying to determine what happened to a 17-year-old girl found dead in a community pool in Raleigh.

Wake County deputies told media outlets that someone called 911 to report an unconscious woman in the Heritage Point subdivision pool about 2:30 p.m. Saturday.

Deputies say the teen was last seen alive around 9 a.m. Saturday.

An autopsy has been ordered to determine the cause of death.

The teen’s name has not been released.
