RALEIGH, N.C. (AP) — Mike Pence is coming back to North Carolina just days after the Republican vice presidential nominee took a mini-tour of the state.
Donald Trump’s campaign web site said Friday the Indiana governor will hold a rally this Tuesday evening in Winston-Salem at the Millennium Center.
Pence spent Wednesday in Charlotte and the Wilmington area, visiting plants and a private port. He talked about what Trump would do if elected to boost manufacturing in the country through lower taxes and regulation and fair trade agreements. He also criticized Democratic presidential nominee Hillary Clinton about her handling of emails while secretary of state and about her family’s charitable foundation.
