CHARLOTTE, N.C. (AP) — Charlotte Mecklenburg Police are investigating an apparent drowning in a pool at an apartment complex for seniors.
Police tell local media outlets the body of an elderly woman was found in the pool at the east Charlotte facility about 6 a.m. on Sunday.
The identity of the woman was not immediately released.
