MILLEDGEVILLE, Ga. (AP) — A pregnant woman from North Carolina died and three other people were hurt in a wreck in central Georgia.

Georgia State Patrol Senior Trooper Jim Lewis tells The Telegraph newspaper (http://bit.ly/2aSxcpG ) that a passenger vehicle left a Baldwin County highway, went down an embankment and rolled over after the driver lost control around 3 a.m. Saturday.

Baldwin County deputy coroner Ken Garland said Tammy Martin, a passenger in the vehicle, died in the crash. Lewis said Martin was six months pregnant and was going to see family in Gray.

A 17-year-old passenger was seriously injured and was taken to Medical Center, Navicent Health, in Macon. A 14-year-old and the driver were treated at Oconee Regional Medical Center. The driver’s name wasn’t immediately available.

The Georgia State Patrol is investigating.
