GREENSBORO, N.C. (AP) — Authorities say someone robbed a man as he walked his dog in Greensboro, beating him and shooting and killing the animal.
Greensboro Police said in a news release that a man in all dark clothing approached the person and his dog around 2 a.m. Saturday.
Investigators say the suspect robbed the man and beat him in the head, then fired several shot killing the dog.
Police say the man suffered minor injuries.
No arrests have been made.
