FAYETTEVILLE, N.C. (AP) — Authorities say a 17-year-old has been charged with robbing and killing a man who ran a Fayetteville mobile home park in his office.

Police said in a news release that they are urging friends and family of Quintien Swann to have him surrender to face the first-degree murder charge.

Authorities say 63-year-old Victor Cirello was shot in the chest Monday afternoon at the office at the Lakeside Mobile Home Park.

Investigators released video Tuesday of three men walking toward the office, then running away into some woods about three minutes later. The news release does not mention any other suspects.

Swann is being charged as an adult.
