CHAPEL HILL, N.C. (AP) — Bankers are going back to school as they aim to sharpen their money skills.

The North Carolina Bankers Association opens its 80th annual School of Banking in Chapel Hill on Sunday. The school is dedicated to expanding the skills and abilities of middle managers and prospective managers in a college setting.

The instructors are experienced bankers, professors, regulatory officials, attorneys and others who have knowledge of subject areas including accounting, sales, lending, financial management and marketing.
