Ms. Mae Tilghman, 56, of 141 Ellen Road, Rockingham, passed away on Sunday March 3, 2013, at FirstHealth Moore Regional, Pinehurst. There will be a public visitation on Friday, March 8, 2013, at McNeill Funeral Home Chapel from 1 to 6 p.m. A funeral will be held on Saturday, March 9, 2013, at McNeill Funeral Home in Rockingham at 3 p.m.
