MYRTLE BEACH, SC — Ms. Debra Ann Barnes Hall, 53, formerly of Rockingham, died Saturday, Jan. 19, 2013. A memorial service will be conducted at 5 p.m. on Thursday, Jan. 24, in the Mt. Calvary Rock of Ages Church in Rockingham, with Pastor Eddie Hildreth officiating. The family will receive friends from 3 to 5 p.m. at the church. Russell-Marks Funeral Home is assisting the family.
