Linda Parks Owens, 60, of 107 Pence St., Rockingham, died, Tuesday, Oct. 23, 2012, at First Health Moore Regional Hospital, Pinehurst.
Visitation will be from 2 to 3 p.m. Friday, Oct. 26, at Southside Free Will Baptist Church, with the Funeral beginning at 3 p.m. in the church.
She was born January 13, 1952, in Rockingham, a daughter of George Harvey Parks and Shirley Mullis Weatherford. She worked as a supervisor, in telemarketing and was a member of Southside Free Will Baptist Church.
Survivors include her father, Lonnie Weatherford of Rockingham; her husband James Walter Owens, her daughters, Crystal Barrington Durden of Rockingham, Tracey Owens of Hamlet, and five grandchildren.
Harrington Funeral Home and Crematory is serving the family.
