Kian Chavis
Kian Matthew Chavis, infant son of Amber and Gary R. Chavis Jr., died Tuesday, Oct. 9, 2012, at Presbyterian Hospital in Charlotte.
Services will be held privately.
Kian was born Sept. 22, 2012.
In addition to his parents, he is survived by a brother, Tristan Chavis of the home.
