Mr. Robert Malcolm Arnette, Sr., 50, of 393 Northside Drive, Rockingham, passed away Monday, May 28, 2012.
He was born in Richmond County, October 18, 1961, son of Bobby Jay Arnette and Sarah Gardner Arnette.
Mr. Arnette was employed at Perdue in Maintenance, was a member of Roberdel Baptist Church and attended Joy Free Will Baptist Church. He was a loving father, husband and son.
Visitation will be Thursday, May 31, 2012, at Joy Free Will Baptist Church, from 6:00-8:00 pm.
The Funeral will be Friday, June 1, 2012 at 11:00 am at Joy Free Will Baptist Church with Rev. Lloyd Grant officiating. Burial will follow at Ernest Lammonds Cemetery, Hamlet.
He is survived by his wife, Betty Lammonds Arnette of the home; mother, Sarah Gardner Arnette of Rockingham; son, Robert “Rob” Malcolm Arnette, Jr. of the home; sisters, Carolyn A. Troxler and husband Jeff of Ellerbe & Martha A. Grant and husband Wayne of Rockingham;
