Mr. and Mrs. Joseph Earl Atkinson of McColl, S.C., announce the engagement of their daughter, Ainsley Elizabeth Atkinson of Bennettsville, to William Adam Eddison Moore, of Rockingham.
The groom-elect is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Bruce Edward McDonald and the late Danny George Moore, all of Rockingham. He is the grandson of the late Katherine Melius DePace and the late William Martin Gathings, both of Hamlet, and the late Eva Mae Moore and the late Hallie Edison Moore, both of Rockingham. He is employed as a supervisor with International Textile Group of Cordova.
The bride-elect is the granddaughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. Don Gerald Wilkes and the late Mr. and Mrs. Earl Atkinson, all of Hartsville, S.C. She is a graduate of Francis Marion University and is employed as an accountant with Scotland Memorial Hospital in Laurinburg.
The wedding is planned for May 11, 2013, at Main Street United Methodist Church in McColl, S.C.
