Mr. Roosevelt “Bell” Scott, 74, passed away Monday, March 4, 2013, at Richmond Pines Healthcare in Rockingham. Funeral services will be held 3 p.m. Sunday, March 10, at Poplar Springs Missionary Baptist Church in Rockingham. Public viewing will be from 1 to 6 p.m. Saturday, March 9, at Nelson Funeral Home Chapel in Rockingham.
