Cindy Sinclair and Randy Moore
Cindy Lea Sinclair and Randy Lee Moore, both of Rockingham, announce their engagement and upcoming wedding.
The bride-elect is the daughter of Kenneth and Karen Idol and the late Charles “Butch” Sinclair of Rockingham. She is the granddaughter of Lynn and Emma Starling and Chales and Elsease Sinclair of Rockingham. Cindy is a 2001 graduate of Richmond Senior High School and a 2011 graduate of U.N.C. at Pembroke, with a Bachelors in Criminal Justice.
The groom-elect is the son of the late Curt and Audrey Moore of Rockingham. He is a 1984 graduate of Richmond Senior High School. Randy is employed as the store manager at O’Reilly Auto Parts.
The couple will be married in March 2013, at Mt. Carmel Free Will Baptist Church in Rockingham.
