Mrs. Teresa Lynn Cashwell, 54, of 304 Oak Ridge Church Rd., Hamlet died Wednesday, February 27, 2013 at Duke University Medical Center in Durham.
Services to celebrate Teresa’s life will be conducted 2:00 pm Saturday, March 2nd in the chapel of Watson-King Funeral Home in Hamlet with Rev. Gerald Goins officiating. The family will visit with friends following the service.
Surviving is her husband, Steve Cashwell; a daughter, Sauna Sympson of Hamlet; three sons, Sam Sympson, Matthew Sympson, and Joshua Sympson, all of Illinois; her parents, Peggy Malloy of Hamlet and Larry Bagley of Cottontown, TN; her grandmother, Thelma Osterhoff of Hamlet; four sisters, Marsha Wyland of Gibson, Sandra Johnson of Rockingham, Tauna Chappell of Rockingham, and Rita Marlow of Lexington, IL; three brothers, Rick Bagley of Rockingham, John Malloy of Laurel Hill, and Scott Christerson of IL; step son, Steven Cashwell of Wilmington; step daughter, Sherrie Cashwell of Shallotte; and sister in law, Barbara Quick of Rockingham. Teresa is, also survived by grandchildren, as well as many nieces and nephews.
