Dear Editor,
I was passing through your town last Saturday the 16th of Feb.
I stopped at a store to check my car which was making a noise and a warning light had come on. A belt had broken.
To make this story short God sent me two guardian angels from your town. Having put up the hood to check my car, a very kind man Terry Brown, owner of a construction company I believe, approached me to ask if I needed help. He was friendly and he immediately called his friend who has an automotive business, Phil’s Automotive Repair. The owner’s son, I think he said Charles McDonald, came to my rescue.
I took my car to his shop, they secured a belt and repaired my car in a very short time. It was a nasty cold wet day and being by myself not sure what I would have done had Mr. Brown and Mr. McDonald not come along to help me. I felt so very blessed to have met them.
Mr. McDonald only charged me a little bit to do the repair and I know so many that would have really upped the price especially being on a Saturday and me being a female. I hope you will print this and they will hear that I am still praising their good deeds.
