The Richmond County Board of Realtors recently presented its annual recognitions for 2012 for Top Producing Office, Million Dollar Producers and Multi-Million Dollar Producers. These recognitions are earned by individual Realtors and offices for outstanding performance in listing and selling homes in Richmond County.
The recognition for Top Producing Office is earned by the office that has listed and sold the most real estate during that year. The Million Dollar Producer Recognition is given for each individual agent that has listed and/or sold one million dollars or more of real estate during that year and Multi-Million Dollar Producer recognition is given for each individual agent that has listed and/or sold two million dollars or more of real estate during that year.
As professionals these agents, as well as all Richmond County Board of Realtors, work a lot of hours and days to assist home sellers and home buyers in the process of selling and/or buying a home. They also attend continuing education classes to maintain a North Carolina Real Estate License and to always be aware of what is happening in their local markets. They are active members of the community and maintain a professional standard recognized by The National Association of Realtors, North Carolina Association of Realtors as well as Richmond County Board of Realtors.
