I want to Congratulate Stephanie on her Award. My name is Donnie DeBerry and Stephanie was my mother Barbara's nurse at our home.My mom came down by Ambulance Oct 2011 from Hospice in Winston Salem and was told she might survive a month or so and was very frail and unable to walk on her on.With all the help through Hospice and Stephanie's dedication to my Mother's care she was released from Their care July 29 2012 9 months later and was not expected to pass anytime soon. She gained 30 Lbs and was taking care of her self and eating good and she Loved Stephanie as me and my wife do for her dedication to my moms Health.Unfortunately my mother wanted to go back to Winston Salem to live and was not being cared for like she was here in Rockingham and she passed away Dec 29 2012 at Baptist Hospital in Winston Salem.I want to thank all the personal at Richmond County Hospice for all the help and compassion and respect they gave my Mom while she was under their care.I believe she would still be with us if she would of stayed down here. Thanks again Stephanie and Richmond County Hospice for all you do.Donnie DeBerry.
