We expect a packed house on the evening of Dec. 17, when The Army Ground Forces Band will present “Home for the Holidays,” a free holiday concert dedicated to troops currently deployed around the world.
It's a free concert but tickets are needed to get in. We ran out of the free tickets at the Daily Journal office in Rockingham on Friday morning.
The Army Ground Forces Band consists of 64 soldiers who have passed highly selective auditions and are among the finest musicians in the Army Band Program. The band will perform at Cole Auditorium on Monday.
