James David “Beaver” Guinn, 59, of #3 Railroad Street, Rockingham, died Wednesday, Nov. 28, 2012, at his residence.
A memorial service will be held Sunday, Dec. 2, at 5 p.m. at Touch of Grace Church with Pastor John Daniels officiating.
A visitation will be Saturday, Dec. 1, at his brother Jerry’s home at 100 Safie 3rd Street, Rockingham.
He was born in Troy on Jan. 12, 1953, son of James Roscoe Guinn and Jennie Mae Roscoe Guinn. Guinn attended Touch of Grace Church, and previously worked in maintenance.
Guinn is survived by his father, James R. Guinn of Concord; and three brothers, Jerry Guinn and Johnny Guinn both of Rockingham, and Morris Guinn of Concord.
