Joseph Smith celebrated his 9th birthday with a Transformer themed swimming party at the home of his grandmother, Cathy Thompson on Saturday, August 4, 2012. His actual birthday was August 2, 2012. Joseph is the son of Joey and Christy Smith of Rockingham, and the big brother of three sisters, Camryn, Macy, and Madison Smith. Joseph is the grandson of Cathy Thompson, Joe and Barbara Smith, and Buddy Thompson all of Rockingham. He is the great-grandson of Rosa Evans of Rockingham.
