Elizabeth and Bryan Kearse of Raleigh are proud to announce the birth of their daughter, Amelia Spencer Kearse, born Sept. 24, 2010, at 10:16 p.m., at the Rex Family Birth Center in Raleigh. Amelia weighed 6 lbs. 4 ounces and was 19 1/4 inches long and has one big brother, Charlie.
Amelia is the granddaughter of Patricia Spencer of Raleigh and the late Michael Charles Spencer, Candy and Rick Bacon of Hamlet and Judy and Brent Kearse of Lake Wylie, S.C.
Her great grandparents are the Reverend William S. Kearse, Sr. and Edythe Kearse of Rockingham, Venita Smith and the late Lt. Col. Roy B. Smith (USAF Ret.) of Eastland, TX, Sharon and Ken Stead of Indiana, and the late Charles Bernard Spencer and the late Dorothy Beatrice Garrett/Spencer.
Zamarripa, daughter
Briannna and Joshua Zamarripa, of Rockingham, announce the birth of a daughter, Sophia Isabella Zamarripa. She was born on Sept. 4, 2010, at FirstHealth Moore Regional Hospital, Pinehurst, and weighed 5 lbs. 11 oz. and was 19 inches long. Her grandparents are Teresa Brigman and Tim Chavis, both of Rockingham.
