The event will be Oct. 22 at the Dobbins Heights Town Hall, 172 Earl Franklin Road in Hamlet and at the Hamlet Public Library located at 302 Main St. To attend free of charge call (919) 542-0475 or 1 (800) 672-5834 before Oct. 15 to be screened and reserve a space. Once you are screened you will be given an appointment time.
