He was born July 25, 1944 in Richmond County to the late Buster and Martha Allred Bostick.
Funeral services will be held Wednesday, Sept. 1, 2010 at 3 p.m. at Wall Chapel AME Zion Church with Rev. Tony Horne and Rev. Keith Ellerbe officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.
Surviving are his wife Sarah P. Bostick of the home; two sons, Elton Bostick of Darlington, S.C. and Melvin Bostick of Charlotte and two sisters, Jennifer Bostick and Patricia Bostick of Ellerbe.
Public viewing will be held at McNeill Funeral Home Chapel on Tuesday, Aug. 31, 2010 from 1 - 7 p.m.
McNeill Funeral Home of Rockingham is in charge of the arrangements.
