CHILDREN’S THEATER AUDITIONS - RCC Cole Auditorium hosts a week-long residency of the Missoula Children’s Theater presenting “The Princess and The Pea.” Auditions begin at 9:45 a.m. on Aug. 2. Auditions are open to students entering grades 1 - 12. Fifty students will be selected. RICHMOND COUNTY 4-H LIVESTOCK CLUB will hold a regular monthly meeting at the Agricultural Center, 123 Caroline St. at 6:30 p.m. The club will be making final plans for the 11th Annual Richmond County Goat Show to be held on September 11 at the Dale DeWitt Farm above Ellerbe. MAIN STREET CAFE located in downtown Hamlet is having a Cruise-In from 5 - 8 p.m. The public is invited.

SPRING HILL WESLEYAN CHURCH will sponsor an All-You-Can-Eat country breakfast from 7 a.m. to 10 a.m. The cost for the buffet is $4. Carry-out plates will be available.
