KEMPSVILLE, Va. — The Rockingham Mustang All-Star picked up their game where they left it in Archadle.

They won their opening round game of the PONY Regional tournament here Wednesday night, 8-0, and advanced to the second round of the winners bracket to face Western Branch.

Myles Rohleder had another dominant outing on the mound, as he and Jack Webb combined to throw a one-hitter through six innings.

The Rockingham offense picked up its hitting once again as Johnathan Lee, Jack Webb, Chandler Johnson, and Justin Ingram each had a 2-for 3 showing at the plate.

Rockingham was slated to be in action again Thursday night at 6 p.m. against Western Branch, Va., the top seed in the regional.

Lee, a left hander, was scheduled to take the mound for Rockingham.
