On Saturday evening, July 3, someone in our neighborhood was celebrating with fireworks. The noise frightened a neighbor’s small dog and it ran off. Luckily two young men who lived down the road from its home noticed that it had a collar on so they picked it up. They weren’t sure who it belonged to but knowing that I have small dogs, these guys showed up in my yard about 9:30. They very politely asked if my dogs were home because they had found this scared dog wandering around. Together we figured out who’s pet it was and so they headed back down the road to return it. I wrote to thank these young men for being concerned enough to help get this beloved pet home and to let everyone else know that I am proud to be surrounded by such good neighbors in Beverly Hills! Thanks again guys.
