The International Association of Fire Fighters Rockingham Chapter 4702 recently donated smoke detectors to the senior centers in Hamlet, East Rockingham and Ellerbe. Pictured are, from left, Hamlet Senior Center Assistant Director Peggy Harding, Director Susan Sellers and Local Chapter 4702 Treasurer Rodney Gandy. The money to purchase the detectors was raised from a benefit concert featuring Pam Tillis in Charlotte last year.
