The Sandhills Center for Wound Healing and Hyperbaric Medicine specializes in problem wounds and advanced treatment alternatives.
Find out how it works during a free lunch and learn on June 10, at 12 p.m. at Sandhills Regional Medical Center in the education classroom. Program Director Hazel Seibles will discuss various treatment options and show before and after photos of advanced wound healing.
The wound care center has success stories of problem wounds that are now problems solved. Some patients have even avoided amputations after successful treatment.
Seibles said the staff gets to see the difference they are making every day at the center. “That’s why I love it,” she said. “You don’t go home thinking what difference did I make today.”
Seating is limited for the free program. Call (910) 205-8121 to reserve a seat. Lunch will be provided.
