Mrs. Eva Grant Rich, 95, 1251 Hwy.177,S., Rich Drive, Hamlet, died Sunday, May 23, 2010, at her residence.

She was born in Marlboro County, daughter of Luther Sim Grant and Minerva Wiggins Grant.

Mrs. Rich was a member of Nebo Wesleyan Church for over 50 years and was retired from Beaunit Mills.

Visitation will be Tuesday, May 25, 2010 from 6-8 p.m. at Harrington Funeral Home.

Funeral Services will be Wednesday, May 26, 2010 at 11 a.m. with Rev. Jeff Collins officiating. Burial will follow at Nebo Wesleyan Church Cemetery.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her late husband, Tom Rich; six sisters, Edith Kingsbury, Effie English, Edna English, Ernestine Keller, Eleanor McCaskill and Eunice Roscoe; and brother, Luther Everette Grant.

Survivors include her daughter, Betty Shackelford of Hamlet; three grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild.
