All applicants for the Outstanding Teen division must be ages 13-16, and applicants for the Miss division ages 17-24 on or before Sept. 11. The Outstanding Teen division is open to all counties in North Carolina and the Miss division is open to applicants who reside, work, or attend school full time in Lee, Moore, Richmond or Scotland counties.
An informational meeting will be held for all interested applicants on June 1 at the Aberdeen Recreation building on US Hwy 1/15-501 in Aberdeen, North Carolina at 7 p.m.
