He was born on August 8, 1933 to Claude and Sadie Solomon Bogan in Rockingham. Bobby married Bettye Jean Jaggers on August 8, 1956 in Dallas.
Bobby is survived by his two daughters: Belva Bogan Kimble and spouse Michael and Blenda Bogan Walter and spouse Gary, his two sisters: Joyce Bogan Orr and Isabel Bogan Willard, his grandchildren: Bogan Worley, Ashton Henderson, Britton Henderson Mann, Micalah Kimble, Skyler Walter, Christian Walter, Devin Walter, a great granddaughter, Chelsea Thurman, with 3 more expected to arrive this year.
Bobby is preceded in death by his loving wife, a daughter, Bonice Bogan Henderson, two brothers: Timothy Bogan and Elwood “Slick” Bogan, and his parents.
A memorial service was held April 7.
