U.S. Rep. Larry Kissell recently delivered five medals earned by a Rockingham man during World War II to the deceased soldier's son. Pictured are, from left, Richmond County Commissioner Pam Dillman, Kissell and Rex Boone of Rockingham. Boone’s father, George, earned the American Campaign Medal, the European-African-Middle Eastern Campaing with one bronze star, the World War II Victory Medal, the Sharpshooter Badge with Rifle Bar and the Honorable Service Lapel Button.

Why does Pam Dillman have to be in every picture in the RCDJ? Oh yeah I remember now. It's because she is a self promoting person that is mostly concerned with herself.
