Mr. English was born December 30, 1931, in Marlboro County, son of Frank English and Annie Bolton English.
He attended Church of God of Prophecy in Ghio.
Mr. English will lie in state from 2-4 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 20, 2010, at tThe Church of God of Prophecy at Ghio, with the funeral services starting at 4 p.m. with Rev. Elex Tyler officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.
