The funeral service will be held at 2 p.m. on Tuesday, Feb. 16, 2010 at the Richard Boles Funeral Service Chapel officiated by Rev. Jerry Jordan.
A private interment is being planned for a later date.
Mr. Ruiz was born June 15, 1980 in Scotland County, son of Benny Ruiz and Katherine Carpenter Ruiz. He was a graduate of Scotland High School and a employee of Earl’s Electrical Heating & Air Conditioning, Inc. in Laurinburg.
He is survived by his parents, Benny and Katherine “Kathy” Ruiz of the home; a brother, Paul Anthony Ruiz also of the home and sister, April Lynn Ruiz of Rockingham, and a niece and nephew.
Richard Boles Funeral Service is serving the Ruiz Family.
