Mr. Tony Marvin Ingram, 56, of Sharpsburg, Ga., died at his residence on Feb. 1, 2010. He was born in Rockingham, on Aug. 6, 1953, to Sanders Thomas Ingram Jr. and the late Edith Viola Greene Ingram.

He was a director and minister of "A Better Way Ministry” and was involved in the music industry for most of his life. He received three gold records while playing with the group "Atlanta."

Surviving are his wife, Crystal Ann Joyner Ingram of Sharpsburg; father, Sanders Thomas Ingram Jr. of Newnan; sons, David Sanders Ingram of Medina, Ohio, and Lance Thomas Ingram of Sharpsburg; daughter, Faith Melody Ingram of Sharpsburg; brother, Randall Thomas Ingram of Murfreesboro, Tenn.; sisters, Regina Kay Ingram Amell of Huachuca City, AZ., and Tamie Rae Shumann of Newnan.

Funeral services were Thursday, Feb. 4 at Orchard Hills Baptist Church with Brother John Barrow, Dr. Stacy Thomas, and Rev. Terry Seehorn officiating. Graveside service will be held in Norman on Saturday at 11 a.m.
