Ellerbe Middle School reached out to Latino parents Jan. 15, during a Hispanic Parent Night. Andry Paz, the school’s ESL teacher led a discussion of more than 50 parents concerning topics such as parent involvement, testing information, extracurricular activities, parent teacher conferences, gang prevention and federal education law.
