Kim Lindsey of Vector Shirts decorates Hamlet Avenue with yellow ribbons in anticipation of the return of Hamlet-based Army National Guard troops. Vector Shirts is offering the ribbons for $1 as are Fidelity Bank of Hamlet and BB&T of Hamlet and Rockingham. The proceeds will benefit the homecoming celebration.
